2) Acceptance of Terms (the “Digital Handshake”)
By accessing, browsing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy).
3) Eligibility, Age & Capacity
• You must be 18+ to purchase from the site.
• By using the Service, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
• If you allow a minor dependent to use the Service, you confirm you are their parent/guardian and accept responsibility for their activity.
4) Your Account & Security
You may create an account to speed up checkout. You’re responsible for:
• Keeping your login and password confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts to protect you, us, or other users.
5) Orders, Pricing & Availability
5.1 Order Process
• Placing items in your basket does not reserve them.
• Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we send a Dispatch Confirmation email. If we cannot accept, we’ll refund any payment taken.
5.2 Prices, Taxes & Errors
• Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
• We may change prices or correct errors at any time. If a pricing or product error is discovered after you order, we’ll contact you—you may reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5.3 Payment
We accept payment via trusted processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Your card details are handled by our payment partners; we do not store full card data.
5.4 Limits, Refusals & Fraud
We may, at our sole discretion, refuse any order, limit or cancel quantities, and restrict orders that appear to be placed by dealers/resellers/distributors or that trigger risk controls (including automated fraud checks). Any charges will be refunded if we cancel.
6) Delivery, Risk & Title
Delivery options, timeframes, and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.
• Title passes once we receive full payment.
We aim to dispatch quickly, but timelines may be delayed by peak periods, strikes, severe weather, or carrier issues.
7) Returns, Refunds & Your Statutory Rights
Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy for the operational process. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.
• Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA): Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If faulty on delivery, you’re entitled to remedies as set out by the CRA.
• Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR): The 14-day “cooling-off” right does not apply to perishable foods once opened/unsealed and may be excluded for certain food products. Change-of-mind returns must be unopened, unused, and sealed.
• For damaged-in-transit or incorrect items, contact us within the timeframe stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy and we’ll put it right swiftly.
8) Food Safety, Allergens & High-Capsaicin Products
8.1 Allergen Information
We follow UK distance-selling rules for allergen information. Check ingredient/allergen details on each product page before purchase and again on delivery (e.g., label). If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.
8.2 Product Warnings — Very Hot Sauces
Some items contain high levels of capsaicin. These can be extremely hot and may cause discomfort or adverse reactions.
• Use sparingly and at your own risk.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Avoid contact with eyes/skin; wash hands after use.
• Not recommended during pregnancy, for people with certain medical conditions, or for those with sensitivity to spicy foods.
Where supplied, follow all on-pack instructions (including child-resistant closures).
9) Promotions, Gift Cards & Bundles
Promotions may be subject to additional terms (dates, minimum spend, exclusions). We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time. Gift cards/vouchers (if offered) are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
10) Prohibited Uses & House Rules
You agree not to use the Service:
• For unlawful purposes or to violate any laws
• To infringe IP rights, post defamatory/obscene content, harass, or transmit malware/viruses
• To scrape, data-mine, or interfere with site security
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches and cooperate with law enforcement as required.
11) Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks) is owned by Volcanic Dino-Sauce or our licensors and protected by IP laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, mirror, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
12) Reviews, Comments & User Submissions
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or suggestions (“Submissions”):
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, edit, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display your Submissions in any media for marketing, R&D, or other lawful purposes.
• You confirm you own or control the rights in your Submissions and that they don’t infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful content.
• You remain responsible for your Submissions and agree to indemnify us for claims arising from them.
We may moderate, edit, or remove Submissions at our discretion.
13) Third-Party Links & Tools
Our site may link to third-party websites or offer third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
14) Service Changes & Site Accuracy
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including products and prices) at any time. We try to ensure accuracy, but content may contain typographical errors or omissions—these may be corrected without prior notice.
15) Warranties & Liability
15.1 What We Don’t Exclude
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
15.2 What We Do Exclude/Limit (to the extent permitted by law)
• We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis and do not promise it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• For paid orders, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a purchase is, where permitted by law, limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).
These limits apply only to the extent allowed by UK consumer law (including the CRA), which prevails over any conflicting term.
16) Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier disruptions, extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government actions). We’ll do our best to notify you and minimise impact.

18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a claim in your local UK court if required by consumer law.

You also have the right to seek guidance or lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) regarding data matters (see our Privacy Policy) and to pursue consumer remedies under UK law.
20) Changes to These Terms

If we make material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., a notice on the site). Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
21) General
• Severability: If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
