We chose Dilophosaurus as a tribute to the iconic, venom-spitting movie star. Although it wasn’t venomous (well we don’t think) The sharp, tangy bite of the green chilli and the fresh burst of coriander deliver a “spit” of vibrant flavour that takes you by surprise. The sauce’s brilliant green colour is a perfect match for this legendary reptilian rogue.
