We chose Dilophosaurus as a tribute to the iconic, venom-spitting movie star. Although it wasn’t venomous (well we don’t think) The sharp, tangy bite of the green chilli and the fresh burst of coriander deliver a “spit” of vibrant flavour that takes you by surprise. The sauce’s brilliant green colour is a perfect match for this legendary reptilian rogue.

We chose Allosaurus for our classic Smoky Habanero because it’s a true original predator. The deep, smoky flavour pays tribute to the primal, fiery landscape it ruled, while the powerful, lingering heat of the habanero pepper delivers a bite as mighty as this Jurassic king. It’s a “different” kind of smoky sauce—bolder and with more character than the rest.
