Every bottle is packed with care, precision, and passion to make sure your sauces arrive safely and on time.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, delivery, and returns.
- UK Delivery
2.1 Shipping Services & Rates
      •     PLEASE REFER TO CHECKOUT COSTS AS THESE CAN FLUCTUATE.
2.2 For offers please refer to website or emails (if on mailing list)
2.3 Dispatch & Delivery Times
      •     We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
      •     Standard Delivery usually arrives within 2-3 working days once shipped.
      •     Express Delivery orders placed before 12pm (midday) Monday–Thursday are dispatched next day.
      •     During busy seasons (like Christmas), dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience while our dinos work overtime!
2.4 Protective Packaging
Your sauces are precious cargo.
Each order is packed in double-walled boxes, with bubble wrap bags to assure safe transit.

3.1 How to Order
We’re happy to ship worldwide!
To order from outside the UK, please leave or email info@volcanicdino-sauce.com with:
      •     your contact number & email address for customs
      •     Your full delivery address (including country and postcode)
We cannot ship your parcel without the above information
We’ll reply quickly with a personalised shipping quote and payment instructions.
3.2 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note: the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country.
Volcanic Dino-Sauce cannot be held liable for these charges or for delays caused by customs clearance.
- Returns & Refunds
4.1 Cooling-Off Period (UK Customers)
In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
      •     Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original condition.
      •     Returns must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.
      •     Customers are responsible for return postage costs. (We recommend using a tracked service.)
Please email us with your order number before sending your return.
4.2 Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
We’ll notify you by email once your refund is on its way.
4.3 Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different sauce, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
5.1 Damaged in Transit
We pack every order with volcanic-level care — but sometimes, accidents happen.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
      •     Your order number
      •     A photo of the damaged item(s)
We’ll send you a free replacement immediately, no need to return the damaged item.
Simple, fast, and stress-free — because you deserve a perfect delivery every time.
5.2 Incorrect Items
If you’ve received the wrong item, email us with your order number and details of the issue.
We’ll sort it out right away — our goal is 100% satisfaction.
